Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of eeVault at eevault.co.uk. eeVault is operated by Ryan, the service owner. Contact ryan.raz@hotmail.com with questions about the service or these terms.

What eeVault provides

eeVault helps you organise trading cards, record purchases, grading, sales and expenses, and compare available catalogue and marketplace information. Features may be limited by account access, provider availability or the service’s ongoing development. eeVault is not a marketplace, grading company or payment processor.

Your account

Use an email address or sign-in account that you control. Keep your account secure and sign out on shared devices. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Do not impersonate another person or access another user’s records without permission.

Your records and content

You retain your rights in information and images you add. You give eeVault permission to store, process, display and back up that content as necessary to provide the service. Only upload content you are entitled to use and personal information you are entitled to provide. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy policy.

You are responsible for checking and correcting your records, including costs, sale dates, fees, condition, grades, quantities and bundle allocations. Keep independent copies of important records and original evidence such as receipts and invoices. Available backup and export tools can help you do this.

Prices, matches and grading estimates

Prices and listing information can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. An asking price is not a completed sale or a guarantee of achievable value. Automated matches can select the wrong printing, language, condition or grade. Review the underlying listing and card details before relying on a result.

Grading estimates are not guarantees of a result from any grading company. You make your own purchasing, selling and grading decisions. Exports and profit summaries are record-keeping tools, not tax, accounting or investment advice.

External services

Google, Microsoft, eBay, catalogue providers and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for transactions completed on those services. Connections and imports may stop working or return incomplete information because of provider limits, permissions or changes.

Where a connection is available, authorise it only for an account you control. Disconnecting or revoking access stops future authorised access but does not automatically remove information previously imported into your vault.

Acceptable use

Do not use eeVault unlawfully, upload malicious material, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or deliberately overload the service. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but uninterrupted access and error-free third-party data cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, faults and provider outages can affect availability. We may change features as the service develops. We will communicate material changes where reasonably practicable.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. We will not restrict your statutory rights through these terms.

Closing your account

You can stop using eeVault at any time. Export the records you need, revoke optional provider connections, and email ryan.raz@hotmail.com to request account closure and deletion. Information in saved history and backups is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We remain responsible where applicable law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

eeVault does not promise a particular sale price, grading outcome, investment return or tax result. Any responsibility for loss will be assessed under applicable law, taking account of the circumstances and these terms.

Questions, complaints and updates

Please contact us first if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from using any complaint procedure or legal remedy available to you. Material updates will be published here with a new date and brought to your attention where appropriate.
